As a grass root community advocate, I intentionally pursue the power to empower with a characteristic change agent passion and impact for DISCO (Diversity for Inclusion and Social Cohesion). I am principally inclined to adopt methodological best practice approach for Participatory Action in Research as a good recipe for collaboration, integration, knowledge transfer and psychosocial well-being. In this regard, Think Africa as an organization fulfills the criteria as an enabling environment in terms of impact and impetus as far as UBUNTU is concerned.
