Become a Career Mentor or Mentee
Are you ready to make a difference by offering guidance and support to someone with a foreign background? Or are you eager to receive mentorship and guidance to expand your network and skills in your area of interest and training? If so, we invite you to join our Think Career mentorship program as either a mentor or a mentee. Each year, we pair volunteer mentors with mentees for a transformative experience. Hear from one of our mentees about her journey and the positive impact her mentor had on her development. As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to support your mentee in enhancing their chances of employment in their field. Meanwhile, as a mentee, you’ll receive guidance and assistance to refine your skills and explore opportunities in your area of interest.
The 5-month program includes one-on-one mentor-mentee meetings, professional coaching sessions, and group sessions. Whether you’re interested in giving back or seeking guidance, there’s a place for you in our mentorship program. Learn more about the program and register as a mentor or mentee today! We’ll match you with a suitable partner when the next round begins. The program can be conducted remotely for added convenience.
