Think Africa Week 2015 was all about action in the form of turning ideas into reality and making an impact together. In collaboration with Slush, Helsinki Think Company and Plan Finland, the week set out to encourage Africans and friends of Africa to realise the possibilities existing around them and learn how to turn them into value. Think Africa week 2019 (November 18 – 23) themed The Diaspora Impact set out to showcase the  value and contribution of the African diaspora in the Finnish society and in their home countries and Africa as a whole. Attended by over 500 people, the week also focused on the importance of changing narratives, exchanging ideas and enhancing collaboration with the continent of Africa.
