We are Think Africa Built by the Diaspora For the Diaspora in Finland

Community-led impact

For over 12 years, Think Africa has been a community-led organisation led by and for the African diaspora in Finland. We exist because belonging matters and because the African diaspora brings talent, ambition, and culture that makes Finnish society stronger.

Today, we work at the intersection of career development, entrepreneurship, and advocacy helping our community build meaningful lives in Finland while ensuring our voices are heard where decisions are made. We are shaping a future where the African diaspora is not just present in Finnish society, but recognised, valued, and active.
